"If we cannot control this insane, run away spending AMERICA’S ECONOMIC MIGHT
We live in a global economy. To maintain our credit and credibility with our global trading partners, we must stabilize our American economy here at home. It is obvious that those currently in power are trying to force their ideology of "Spreading our tax dollars" upon unwilling American citizens. Realistically, that will not change until an authentic Conservative Republican President and Congress are elected in 2012. Once that election has occurred, we can restore, with vigor, our free market system and begin an expansionary period, in which true growth will flourish. Business managers, individuals and families need to have a belief in a stable economic future to make their long term investments, hiring and purchases. In order to stabilize our wobbly economy, employ un-employed Americans and provide long term greater certainty, a Conservative Congress and President should take the following actions: Stabilize long term taxes to help create certainty about our future. Reduce regulations and restrictions on commercial activity to only what is necessary. Promote increased sources of funding in order to expand our economy. Lower our tax rates to allow the entrepreneurs, individuals and families to keep more of their produced revenue, and with a promise not to raise taxes for the foreseeable future. Small businesses will hire people and become entrepreneurial. The promise of lower long-term taxes leads to a feeling of security, a lack of uncertainty.
Stop printing money that devalues the dollar, and quit borrowing money from foreign countries. Both are wrong. Look at home, look to American small businesses, who create about two-thirds of all new employment.
Direct our government agencies to quit reporting bogus jobs being created in non-existent Congressional Districts. False information leads to a distrust of any information coming from the Federal government. Trust is a huge issue. Return to a strong free market system and away from the radical move to central government, command and control dominance, of our economy. Stop bailing out private sector companies and financial institutions. Sell all government owned stock back to private investors.
Work to balance the Federal budget. Require a three-fifths majority vote by Congress to impose any new tax. Abolish the Federal Estate Tax permanently. Eliminate all capital gain taxes which will encourage investment in American businesses and employ Americans.
Return to a “carry back/ carry forward” accounting method that was stopped in 1986. If implemented, businesses that have been hit hard by the recession could get a huge influx of needed capital to expand their businesses now, and that would help to employ millions of Americans very quickly. Implement using a "Two-Thirds" concept for the Davis-Bacon Act. We are in a deep recession and millions of Americans need jobs. For all Federal Funding for infrastructure projects, allow companies to pay employees "Two-Thirds" of the prevailing wage. This concept would employ three workers instead of two for the same amount of tax dollars spent. Three million workers could be employed instead of two million.

ACTIONS TO TAKE TO RESTORE
Like the "Roaring 20's", we can reclaim our American Foundation of economic Freedom and Liberty and proceed forward. We envision our new dynamic era as the:
"Roaring Teens"
The centerpiece of this new era is based upon energy independence and the production of medical supplies, energy equipment, and other special products that our global trading partners will need from our American ingenuity and production. We can return to full employment within a very short period of time, after the
"spreaders of our tax dollars" have been "spread to the wind."
Businesses and entrepreneurs have innovative ideas and want to hire the unemployed, but they have to see that banks will lend them monies, when they need it.
Permit the wise use of our natural resources that can make us 100% energy independent, as we transition to renewable energy sources. We will employ Americans, not send money to foreign countries, while vastly improving our national security.
